Dr. Usha Jain is a civil surgeon and is approved for the green card exam for immigration and residency status. Dr. Usha Jain can do this physical on the same day. We do the blood test, shots and exam in all one visit and you do not have to go anywhere else. We will give you the sealed envelope when everything is complete.
