Dr. Usha Jain is am authorized civil surgeon to do the uscis immigration physical on the same day without an appointment. Dr. Jain is ceritfied and approved to do the physical exam for immigration

Physical requires asking the questions and then doing the physical exam, TB tests, Tests for Syphilis and urine test for Gonorrhea. Immigration physical also requires vaccines which would also be given.

We will provide you with the sealed envelop for the immigration officer in 2 to 3 days.

    The other day I had a small metal shaving in my eye. It was 5:30 PM on a Friday afternoon. The local eye doctor said they could not see me, and told me to go to the ER.

    I have seen Dr Jain over the last several years, and decided to take a chance and give her a call. She told me to come right down and she would take a look. She took care of me, and removed the object from my eye. I cannot thank her enough !

    There are hundreds of doctors closer to my home, but I will gladly make the drive to see her, trusting her for any procedure. She is very capable and knowledgeable.. THANK YOU once again!
