Medical Clearance for Surgery Walk in Clinic Orlando

A  45 year old patient was seen our clinic for medical clearance for the plastic surgery. The patient is healthy. Dr. Jain examined the patient and the patient had blood drawn and EKG DONE. All the tests were normal  and the patient was medically cleared for surgery.
