Dr. Usha Jain’s another story of successful self-representation in Clermont hotel’s claim for an unfair fine by Health Dept. attorney about sewage issue. In the words of Dr. Martin Luther King Junior “the greatness of America is the right to protest for rights”. 1st Amendment provides the right to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. That is what was done in my case in 2015. In Clermont Hotel’s case, I protested against the health Department’s attorney for wrongfully charging the fine in the hotel case. The sewage was blocked from someone flushing the hand towel in the toilet. This was fixed right away by calling the emergency service and paying $3000 dollars. The Jains had no control over who flushed what down the toilet. Dr. Jain’s choice was to pay the fine or protest the fine which was wrongful without their fault.
