Same day appointment is available with Dr. Jain for your exams for Green Card and USCIS exams which included exams, blood tests, and urine tests to meet all the requirements. We can provide you with an I 693 form and a sealed envelope for the immigration office or for your lawyer. We are experienced in doing this for thirty years.
We also provide that service on the weekend with hours on Saturday and even Sunday. Do not stress to get an appointment. We take a pride in taking your stress out and doing the exam on the same day.

The charges are $400 dollars per person which does not include vaccination but includes blood tests, urine tests and exam with fillig of the paper work.
