Dr. Usha Jain saw a patient in her emergency clinic who had severe headache and was treated by the nurse practitioner with amoxicillin. The patient is 52 years old and it could be hormone deficiency headache also. The patient was in Orlando from Scottland.
The patient was given I.V. fluids with the antibiotics and anti-oxidants. Patient was given Nubain injection but did not help. The patient was treated with Imitrex tablets.
The patient felt better after all the treatment and did not have to go to the hospital. The patient had all the diagnostic test but did not find anything wrong in the blood tests.
The patient was treated with different antibiotics and felt better next day.
