A 20 year old patient walked in at the Urgent Care Center in Dr. Phillips area in Orlando for a physical for the football team at FAMU. Physical form which is brought by the patient requires CBC, comprehensive metabolic panel, RPR, Sickle cell screen, EKG and Chest X-Ray. Emergi-Care Medical Center is equiped to do all these tests. The patient was examined by Dr. Jain who ordered all the tests which was done on the same day and blood test results were available next day. The patient had EKG and chest X-ray which was normal.
Patient was cleared for playing football.
