A 18 year old pateint walked in our walk in clinic with an injury to her leg while playing soccer. The shin of the leg was swollen and bruised with some abrasion. Dr. Jain examined her and ordered an x-ray which was normal. The patient did not have a stress fracture. The patient was treated with the leg splint and was given the crutches to walk on. The patient 
did well in two weeks.
