ADD/Urgent Care/No Appointment/Orlando/ Walk in Clinic

We have seen a 42 year old patient who needed a refill of vyvanse for ADD (Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder).  The patient was seen by Dr.  Usha Jain and had blood drawn for CBC, chemistry panel and thyroid tests. The patient was given 30 mg of vyvanse for his ADD.

The patient also given some advice to improve an ADD by taking omega 3 and multi-vitamins.
