Urgent Care Walk in Clinic in orlando serves the community for 27 years. We have seen a patient 55 year old who complaints of swelling, redness and pain of the right testicle. The patient also had high fever and patient is having difficulty in walking because of pain. The patient didn’t have any urinary symptoms. Dr. Jain examined the patient and diagnosed with epididymo-orchitis. The patient had blood drawn for CBC, Chemistry and PSA and urinalysis was done. The patient was given the injection of cefazolin followed by oral antibiotics doxycycline. The patient was given the injection following day and the patient felt better.
