· Dr. Jain and Mr. Jain serve the community for medical emergencies and routine medical care by working seven days a week at their emergi-care medical center (urgent and regular family medical care).
· Dr. Jain and Mr. Jain are naturalized citizens who are of Indian origin and less proficient in English.
· Dr. Jain was born in India and her father was an attorney Ratanlal Banthia who was famous in his city for his honesty and for helping the honest people. For that reason, he never lost a case. All the Judges respected him and also knew that if he took the case, then it was automatically a winner.
· Dr. Jain’s father’s law office was in their house and Dr. Jain’s room was directly behind the law office. Dr. Jain grew up in a house where integrity, honesty, and helping people were more important than money, bungalows and cars.
· Dr. Jain’s growing up in that house made her roots very strong about the importance of honesty, integrity and helping people.
· Dr. Jain also had a financial struggle to go through medical school because of the sudden demise of her father from an accident.
· Dr. Jain’s mom Suhag Banthia was a strong believer in Karma and always felt that any suffering is due to bad karma and has to be paid.
· Dr. Jain got married to her husband Manohar Jain who visited India after finishing Masters in Engineering from Ohio from America.
· Dr. Jain moved to Orlando and worked as a trauma physician in the emergency room of Orlando Health for five years and worked hard with two small kids.
· Dr. Jain opened her medical emergency center to help people in 1985 and has been working seven days a week.
