Pain in the Foot-Gout-Orlando Urgent Care Walk in Clinic

We have seen a 50 year old patient in our Orlando Urgent Care Walk in Clinic by Dr. Usha Jain. The patient had pain in her foot for one day and was unable to walk because of the pain. The patient didn’t injure herself. The patient had x-ray of the foot done which was normal and blood drawn. The lab test showed that the patient had high uric acid and was diagnosed with gout. The patient was treated with decadron and diclofenac. The patient responded well next day  and pain was gone.
