Bursitis of the elbow is from the inflammation leading to the secretion of fluid. There would be a swelling of the elbow behind the elbow which shows up like a lump that is filled up with fluid and usually is not painful. Dr. Jain saw a patient with swelling and did the x-ray and after that drained about 12 ccs of serous fluid and the patient’s swelling went down.
