Dr. Jain had to go to the hearing despite the proper permit in the county record and spent countless hours defending the violation. Dr. Jain stood he ground and did not back down so the dropped the claim Harassment by the Govt. officials may be possible in third world countries but not in America. Dr. Jain fights for her rights and other people need to be empowered by her work.

Dr. Jain is a proud American citizen who has proved that America is the best country to live in where the citizen gets the Constitutional rights and can defend the claim against even Govt. Officials. Dr. Jain has proved that by her hard work of learning the ordinance, statutes of Florida and Federal Statutory rights can pay off by winning the claim even against the Govt. Officials.
