We have seen a patient who is 23 years old with the complaints of the neck pain for 8 hours. The patient was fine 8 hours ago and woke up with the pain. The patient was unable to move her neck without pain. The patient denied fever and also denied sore throat. The patient has been to Disney world and has been going in the rides. Dr. Jain saw the patient and ordered x-ray of C spine which showed spasm of the muscles of the neck and blood tests which were normal.
The patient was given anti-inflammatory injection which she responded within half an hour and her neck started to straighten out and also pain was reduced.
