Missing Menstrual Period Hormonal Imbalance Urgent Care Medical Center 32819

We have seen a 17 year old young girl in our Urgent Care medical center wit the complaints that she missed her menstrual cycle for 4 months. The patient had regular periods before. The patient is not pregnant because she never had intercourse. Mother and the patient were both worried about missing a period. The patient was seen by Dr. Usha Jain and physical exam was normal without any thyroid enlargement. The patient had blood drawn for lab work which included CBC, CMP, hormone blood tests including FSH and LH, progesterone and testosterone. The patient also had blood tests for thyroid tests.
