Dr. Usha Jain is board certified in antiaging. She is an advocate of using all the strategies to prevent the diseases and to keep your body healthy and young. She advises to do yoga and exercise to keep yourself young and healthy physically and mentally. Dr. Jain and her husband do yoga and aerobic exercise on the bollywood music every morning. Music, dance and exercise releases endorphins and also increases the metabolism of your body and thereby burning more calories. We have patients signed up for dance and yoga classes. Our yoga is Jain yoga choreographed by Dr. Usha Jain on the music of prayer.
